ABSTRACT INSTRUCTIONS AND SUBMISSION
All abstracts will be subjected to peer review.
The accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings Book with ISBN published online after the conference.
PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
Oral presentation:
Time for presentation is limited to 15 minutes, including 5 minutes for
discussion.
The best student contribution will be awarded with Rudolf
Mock Award.
There will not be a poster session. This is to promote and encourage young students to present their work in front of an audience.
CONFERENCE VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION
The conference will be held in Education
Training Facility of the Technical University of Košice in Herľany (Slovak Republic). A conference room with a capacity for 80
participants will be available. Accommodation will be arranged at the congress
centre. All rooms have a bathroom and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. The food
during the conference will also be served in the dining room of the congress centre.
