ABSTRACT INSTRUCTIONS AND SUBMISSION

All abstracts will be subjected to peer review.

The accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings Book with ISBN published online after the conference.

PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

Oral presentation:
Time for presentation is limited to 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for discussion.
The best student contribution will be awarded with Rudolf Mock Award.

There will not be a poster session. This is to promote and encourage young students to present their work in front of an audience.


CONFERENCE VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION

The conference will be held in recreation centre Czerwony Kozioł in Głuchołazy (Poland).
A conference room with a capacity for 140 participants will be available.
Accommodation will be arranged at the recreation centre. All rooms have a bathroom and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. The food during the conference will also be served in the dining room of the recreation centre.
